All my paintings are original, one of a kind works. Most are on canvas, mounted on wooden stretcher frames, and gallery wrapped. They are delivered ‘ready to hang’ with eye hooks and rope on the back. Some works are on high quality 300g Arches paper, which are shipped unframed.
All paintings on canvas are shipped by courier in secure wooden crates (small works from the series ‘Exit’ and ‘Mindscapes MINI’, and works on paper come in a carboard box or envelope). All shipments include tracking and insurance.
In the gallery below you can see an example of how I pack my larger works:
First a painting is wrapped in silk paper, followed by bubble wrap. Shrink wrap comes next, which would prevent any moisture from coming into contact with the painting.
Corners and edges are protected by foam tubing, and finally the wrapped painting is placed in the custom made wooden crate. The lid is screwed on, so that it can be easily removed with a screwdriver at the destination.
I sign my works on the back, add title and year, and a certificate of authenticity is always included.
