Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All artworks are shipped from Spain.
Which couriers do you use?
Shipments are sent with UPS, DHL, or comparable international couriers, depending on size and destination.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be provided during the ordering process.
This varies by destination, courier, and the size of the artwork.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated individually for each artwork and destination.
You will receive a quote during the enquiry process before confirming the purchase.
Customs & Import Taxes
For orders outside Spain, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Signature on Delivery
All shipments require a signature unless otherwise agreed.
Transit Damage
I take great care when packing artwork, but should something arrive damaged, please contact me immediately so I can help.
To process a courier damage claim, you must notify me within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- clear photos of the damaged area
- photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
- the shipping box
- the shipping label
Additional photos may be requested and must be provided within 4 days of delivery.
What happens next?
Once the damage has been assessed, I will offer an appropriate solution.
This may include:
- a full refund (for substantial damage)
- a partial refund
- repair or restoration
- or a replacement, if applicable
If a return is required for a confirmed transit damage claim, I will cover the return shipping costs.
Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind)
Because artworks can look slightly different in person than on a screen, I offer a 7-day voluntary return option.
If you wish to return an artwork for any reason:
Please note:
- You must contact me within 7 days of delivery.
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
- It must be packed in its original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging.
- Return shipping and return insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued once the artwork is received and inspected.
Refunds cannot be issued for artworks that return damaged.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before the artwork has been dispatched.
After dispatch, cancellations fall under the 7-day voluntary return policy.
