“Adjustment,” from the Mindscapes series, centres on the shifting rhythms of a mind responding to change. Dark linear contours move across the canvas in ways that suggest forms in transition — shapes that feel momentarily held before slipping into something new.
Warm tones of pink, orange, and yellow introduce an emotional pulse, carrying both intensity and openness. These colours settle over a textured, layered surface where earlier marks remain partly visible, creating the sense of a space that is continually reconfiguring itself.
Rather than depicting a defined transformation, “Adjustment” touches on the fluid, non-linear nature of inner change — a process that unfolds through subtle shifts, hesitations, and renewed directions.
