Relic VII

About the work:
Relic VII brings one of the clearer “transmissions” in the series: a symbol-like form rendered in pale white and overlaid by a sweeping blue layer, as if a future hand attempted to retrace or stabilise what remained of an earlier message.
Beneath it, dark segmented panels and faint circular impressions read like traces of a mechanism or enclosure whose purpose has long been lost.
The layered marks — background, structure, signal, and correction — suggest a fragment repeatedly handled across time. What survives is not the original device or practice, but the record of attempts to interpret it.
In Relic VII, meaning drifts between the underlying relic and the imperfect translation that rests on top, closing the series with an image shaped by both distortion and persistence.
