Abiut the work:
“Relic I (The Hunt)” situates itself within the Future Relics series, imagining how remnants of our present might be interpreted by societies far removed from our own. The composition is built from layered textures and sharply intersecting forms that carry a sense of tension, movement, or pursuit — traces of actions whose meaning has partly eroded over time.
The slim white elements suggest implements or structures once tied to human interaction with animals, yet their function is no longer certain. Over this framework, a distinct symbolic mark hovers like a transmission or annotation from the future, its meaning opaque to us.
